Carbon Black Content Analyzer
The system is used to determine the content of carbon black (soot) in polyolefin compositions (polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutylene plastics). Carbon black is added to increase the lifespan of the material and products made from it, as it effectively absorbs UV radiation that causes material degradation.
Manufacturers of PE and PP pipes often use carbon black as a filler, and its content needs to be controlled both during the production of raw materials and in the final products.

Features:
1) Furnace Material: Vacuum-formed ceramic fibers made from aluminum oxide are used, which do not crumble at high temperatures and have low thermal capacity, allowing for more than 50% energy savings.
2) Heating Elements: High-temperature electric wires made from iron, chrome, and aluminum (HRE) are used, providing a rapid heating rate with an adjustable range from 1 to 25°C/min.
3) Temperature Control Accuracy: The device has high precision in temperature control with minimal fluctuations, as well as temperature compensation and correction functions, with an accuracy of ±1°C.
4) Intelligent Control System: Equipped with an intelligent PID controller with programming capabilities, allowing for the setting of heating curves and programming up to 30 stages.
5) Integrated Design: The furnace lid can be opened, facilitating sample placement and ensuring rapid cooling, enhancing usability.
6) Safety: All electronic components are manufactured by Delixi and feature a current leakage protection function, ensuring safety and reliability.
7) Overheating Alarm: The device emits an audible alarm and automatically takes protective actions in case of overheating during operation, enhancing safety.
8) Flange: A 304 stainless steel flange with extrusion sealing is used. The flange has inlet and outlet openings on both sides, controlled by precision stainless steel needle valves for gas supply and discharge.
9) Flow Meter: The equipment control panel is equipped with a float flow meter with a range of 60-600 ml/min, allowing for manual adjustment of nitrogen supply. (*Flow meter 0-2000 ml/min is optional.)
