Designed to determine the mechanical properties of materials and structural elements, these machines are capable of testing products in stretching, compression, and bending modes under static loads up to 10 kN.
The power frame of the testing machine features a two-column design, ensuring stability and precision during testing procedures. The movement of the movable traverse is facilitated by precision ball screw gears, guaranteeing smooth and accurate motion for reliable test outcomes.
An advanced control system, fully digital and utilizing three closed-loop DSP + MCU, is employed for precise monitoring and measurement. This state-of-the-art system allows for the creation of custom test methods, tailored to specific test requirements.
