Notching Machines

Notching Machines are designed for creating incisions, also known as stress concentrators, on polymer material samples for impact strength tests. These tests can be conducted using the Isode and Sharpie methods, in compliance with various standards including GOST 4647, ISO 179, ASTM D6110 (Sharpie), and GOST 19109-84, ISO 180, ASTM D256 (Isode).

Key Features:

  • Automatic Operation Cycle: Ensures smooth and consistent processing of samples.
  • High Performance: The feeder allows for the simultaneous loading and processing of up to 20 samples with a thickness of 4 mm, and the processing time is approximately 180 seconds.
  • Micro-Adjustment of the Incision Depth: Offers precise control over the depth of the cut.
  • High-Quality Cutting Tools: A standard package includes a tool for a V-shaped incision with a radius of 0.25 mm, and other types of cutting tools are available upon request.
  • Acrylic Screen for Safe Operation: Provides an additional layer of safety for the operator.
